For Teenage Satanists

Taking the path of Satanism is a serious choice in life, it is not something that should be taken lightly. It is not a game; it is a real path and practice of the occult.

In the teenage years, the mind is very impressionable..And teenagers are at the age when they are looking for things to identify with in life. To those who are unfamiliar with real satanism, it can seem very appealing because it is a practice where one can be rebellious, and break away from parents and society. This is what teenagers are searching for- a sense of individuality and belonging. Couple this with angst, and the teenage "rebellious phase" of satanism begins.

It is my finding that the majority of teenage satanism centers around rebellion, and the rejection of beliefs that have been taught. It becomes a phase of experiencing life through blasphemy, anti-social, and anti-christian behavior. This is because the young would-be satanist is not mature enough to be able to see the scope that satanism covers. For the majority of them, Satanism is their first experience in the occult, and a sense of belonging is found within.

Because of this, many would be satanists buy into the stereotypes that are a part of society. Some of these things are, "signing pacts with the devil" selling one's soul, using ouija boards, vampyric activities, racial or hate ideology, crime, or any assortment of activities which are portrayed by the general public who does not know what real satanism is.

None of these things represent the real basic philosophies of satanism [as known and expressed by the Satanic Bible]. It is not until the later years that one is able to comprehend the complexity of the many paths and choices within satanism, and within the occult in general. It is not until later in life that such things can be understood and applied correctly in order to better one's own life.

If you are a teen and considering satanism, it is my advice that you wait until you are able to make your own decisions for yourself when it comes to spirituality. There are many paths to choose from so take some time as well to explore the possibilities. This means having to wait until you reach the age where you can have your own private life, and make your own decisions.

Teenage satanist groups

Of course, with the popularity of "teenage satanism" in this day and age, comes the advent of numerous teen satanist groups. For the most part these groups are nothing but a social club of fools and lonely hearts, looking to identify with others who feel like they don't belong. It can be dangerous as well, such as the advent of teen groups like the joy of satan, who promote self-destructive activities, and are a breeding ground from which the neo-nazi effort can recruit new blood. On the darker side, some of these groups are known for atrocities and crimes against children. It is a shame when people are so cruel as to shatter the innocence of youth by using the name and allure of satanism.

Real Satanism

If one does sufficient research, it can be found that most real satanic orders and organizations who are genuine, do not have teen groups - and that members have to be of legal age to join. Legal age, in most cases is 18.

Having this website is a responsibility that I have chosen to take. This site, is not intended for teenage users. I do not advocate teenage satanism. I do not answer letters or give advice to those who are under 18 as well. I will not tell you how to "hide satanism from your parents" how to summon enki with an ouija board, how to battle angels, how to explode your "chakras" or any other such nonsensical crap either.

Teenage satanism is a phase, at best. My advice? Get over it and move on with your life. Youll be much better off.
