Domestic shipping rates apply to USA orders. The rates are automatically calculated according to the weight of the order and the destination that it is being sent to. Some items are listed as a flat fee shipping and other items are free shipping (shipping included in the price).

When you check out, please choose your shipping method. After you choose your shipping method the cost of shipping will be automatically calculated and added to your total. So, you can see the shipping cost before you check out. I ship only with USPS shipping as they have the best rates and the best service available of all the carriers that I have dealt with.

There is also an option to purchase insurance with your order but it is not required.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES

If your shipment requires a customs form, there may be customs fees according to the country of shipping destination. Fees are required by some, but not by all customs departments. The fees incurred by customs and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and they must be paid at the time of package receipt in order to receive your merchandise.

These fees are charged according to the rules and regulations of the country being shipped to. Also be aware that when shipping internationally there is a chance that your package will be delayed in customs due to regulation procedures, lost, stolen or opened by customs officials for inspection.

There are no returns or refunds accepted whatsoever if the cost of customs or taxes are refused by the customer [the recipient] at the time of package receipt, or if the package is lost by the mail service, damaged, withheld due to regulatory restrictions, or stolen. Once the items leave the USA they are no longer under the jurisdiction of where the Satanas Shop is located (in the USA)

As an international buyer it is your responsibility to know how much it costs for import fees and taxes in your country, and you should be aware of the cost and regulations of importing shipments to your locale.

The items that are shipped from the Satanas shop mailed overseas can not be labeled as a 'gift' on customs forms to avoid these custom fees and taxes, so don't ask. When items are labeled as 'gift' on customs forms they are twice as likely to be opened and inspected and they may never make it to their destination.
