MY RETURN and EXCHANGE POLICY
My refund policy is fair to customers. All I ask is that you contact me first before you take action, so that you can follow the proper procedure. If you do not contact me first, then you will NOT be entitled to a refund or reimbursement on your purchase.

To ensure the purity of the products here at the Satanas Shop, Returns or exchanges or refunds are not accepted for Oils.

Refunds on tarot readings are not offered.

Refunds are not accepted for Gift Certificates

This offer excludes Lulu merchandise. You must contact them if you have an issue with your order.

EXCHANGES are ONLY accepted within 7 days of your package's receipt. Exchanges, are only accepted for unopened boxes, packages, or envelopes. Exchanges from the Satanas Shop are given only if the buyer pays return postage, plus any additional amount for the new merchandise (if any is to be paid). Please contact me FIRST so that we can discuss the details of your transaction.

CREDIT CARD / MONEY ORDER FRAUD
Dishonest customers are not welcome here. Any attempt at payment fraud, including fraudulent chargebacks, or money order fraud, will be Immediately reported to the proper local authorities.

CHARGEBACKS
Attempts at fraudulent chargebacks on credit card orders will be reported to authorities.

CANDLE SAFETY NOTICE
Candles must never be left burning unattended. Unattended candles can cause serious personal and real property damage and even death. Candles must always be utilized in a safe manner. Protect heat sensitive surfaces by placing candles on an appropriate receptacle. Avoid burning candles in drafts. Always keep all candles away from children. Always keep candles free of foreign objects such as matches and wick trimmings. Do not place candles near combustible materials. Never extinguish burning candles and/or ignited wax by blowing on flame or pouring on any liquid. Smother flames only. Never move burning candles.

INCENSE SAFETY NOTICE
Please burn incense in an incense holder to catch the ash. Never leave incense unattended.

OILS SAFETY NOTICE
Please be aware that oils are flammable and should be used with caution. Some oils are irritant when placed on the skin and they should be diluted with a carrier oil to prevent a reaction. Magical essential oils are not food grade and they should not be ingested. Please be cautious when using oils for magic.
