Regional Nurse Consultant - Senior Living

We are seeking an experienced Regional Nurse Consultant to support senior living communities throughout the San Jose and Northern California market.

This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a leading and well-established senior living operator. The company offers above-market compensation, bonus potential, and strong support from senior clinical leadership. This role is hiring immediately.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, senior living, memory care, or equivalent
• Prior experience managing multiple senior living communities — as a Nurse Consultant, Legal Nurse Consultant, Healthcare Consultant, Utilization Review Nurse, RN Consultant, or equivalent
• Ability to travel
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Conducting operational review assessing regulatory compliance, operational efficiencies, and quality improvement
• Developing and implementing improvement processes
• Monitoring Infection Control and Incident Reports
• Maintaining knowledge of state,federal, and local rules and regulations
