Job Description

Responsibilities but not limited to: * Review and process invoices and related cover sheets from various departments, inputting all data into the accounting system (SAP S/4HANA).

• Prepare operational expenditure payment batches.
• Review and verify departmental expense reports to ensure compliance with

generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and company policies.

• Process store gift certificates.
• Verify and reconcile store and other related reports.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills:

• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Equivalent experience and bookkeeping knowledge a plus, BUT not required. H

Mart provides an extensive training program; candidates with basic office experience will be considered. * 4-5 years experience working in a professional, detail-oriented office environment. * Comfortable navigating basic computer software (training for specific business software will be provided). * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Experience with computerized accounting or ERP systems (such as SAP R/3 or

Pay range: * $45k-52k per year Work Hours: * MON-FRI, 8:00am to 5:00pm
