・Job Title: Admin/Accounting Assistant

• Support office administration tasks and assist with process improvements as needed
• Record journal entries and input data into accounting systems
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Prepare and issue invoices and receipts
• Check and process employee expense reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
• Support bank transactions and payment processing
• Prepare accounting documents and reports as requested
• Communicate with external accountants or auditors when necessary
• Perform other related accounting and administrative duties as assigned

▶︎ Required:

• 1+ years of experience in accounting or general office administration
• Basic proficiency in Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
