As an Apprentice Service Technician, you'll work alongside an experienced lead technician to diagnose, service, and repair commercial-grade washers and dryers. This entry-level position is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on technical experience and build a long-term career in a skilled trade.
Assist in the diagnostic and repair process of commercial washers and dryers.
Deliver professional, courteous, and efficient service to all customers.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Support inventory management and parts inquiries using basic computer skills.
Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and timeliness.
Promote additional products or services when appropriate.
Meet established performance and training goals.
High school diploma or GED required.
No prior experience necessary — we provide on-the-job training.
Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on technical work preferred.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks safely.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must pass a background check.
Personal hand tools required.
