Salary Range I: $58.62 hourly to start. Full Range: $121,935 $184,438 annually
Reports To: Director of Property Management
Position Status: Full Time, Exempt
Position Purpose
This position oversees HASCO property management functions for HASCO's Fair Market and manufactured housing communities; administering third party property management and maintenance service contracts and coordinating activities with other departments in support of HASCO's mission to expand housing opportunities that promote stability, strengthen community and provide affordability.

Qualifications and Competencies
Education and/or Experience
A typical way to obtain the qualifications and competencies is:
Eight years' experience in property management, tax-credit housing management, social services or related field, including five years in a supervisory capacity.
While these requirements are the traditional standards for developing the skills required for this role, any combination of experience, training, and education that demonstrate the ability to successfully perform the essential functions of the role may be considered.
Communication Skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with people from a variety of cultural, economic and ethnic backgrounds; individuals with disabilities hindering communication; and individuals lacking fluency in verbal or written English. Exhibits diplomacy and effective listening skills when communicating with clients and staff members. Utilizes proper grammar, spelling, punctuation and composition.
Computer Skills
Strong computer skills especially Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Yardi. Ability to work effectively with specialized software applications, perform thorough internet searches, accurately complete data entry logs and clearly transmit information through email.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to regularly sit, stand, talk and/or hear. Specific vision abilities include close vision and color vision.
Work will be a hybrid position performed at the main office in Everett, WA, remotely, or at work sites and in occupied apartment units. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently inspect projects and may be exposed to ongoing construction and various weather conditions. The employee will drive a vehicle to and from apartment complexes in a variety of weather conditions.

Work requires frequent contact with HASCO staff, residents, property management companies, representatives from other agencies and businesses, local public officials, Federal, State and County program administrators, attorneys, social services agencies and the general public.
