Philadelphia, PA law firm is seeking an experienced full-time Litigation Litigation Attorney

Our client, a boutique litigation firm, is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its plaintiff-side practice focused on personal injury and employment law. The firm is known for its strategic, high-quality approach to litigation, prioritizing thoughtful case development, strong client relationships, and optimal outcomes over high-volume case handling.

This role is ideal for an attorney who values hands-on litigation experience, meaningful client interaction, and a collaborative in-office environment.

Qualifications

• PA license required; NJ license preferred

• 2-14 years of litigation experience, with a focus on personal injury (plaintiff-side experience preferred).

• Strong litigation skills, including experience with depositions and trial preparation.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Ability to manage cases independently while working collaboratively within a team.

• Detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a commitment to client advocacy and results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cases from intake through resolution, including strategy development and client communication.

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.

• Take and defend depositions, and actively participate in court proceedings and trials.

• Maintain close, consistent communication with clients to ensure a high-quality client experience.

• Develop case strategies with attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.

• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver strong advocacy and successful case outcomes.

Position: On-site

Salary: 100-150k, negotiable & commensurate with experience

Benefits: health insurance, paid time off, 401(k), generous bonus structure not tied to required case origination, with additional incentives for self-generated matters
