Duties

• Coordinate outgoing shipments and office correspondence
• Monitor office supply inventory and reorder as needed
• Maintain visitor logs and enforce office security procedures
• Perform general administrative tasks (filing, scanning, copying, faxing)

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
• Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative support experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and professional customer service approach
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent multitasking, organization, and attention to detail
• Familiarity with office equipment (phones, printers, fax machines)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
