Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - 2026-2027 School Year Location: South Holland, IL Grade Level: High School (9–12) Start Date: ASAP (Summer 2026 start possible) Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite | Up to 40 hours/week Salary Range: $65,000–$85,000 annually About the Opportunity AnthroMed Education is expanding our partnership with a collaborative high school community in the south suburbs of Chicago and is seeking two full-time Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for the 2026–2027 school year. Each BCBA will serve as a building-level behavior leader, partnering closely with school teams to strengthen behavioral supports and student outcomes. This consultative, coaching-focused role offers the opportunity to build behavioral systems, support educators, and create meaningful change for students. You'll collaborate closely with each school's social-emotional team while helping strengthen staff capacity through coaching, consultation, and data-driven decision-making.
