What You’ll DoAs a BCBA at Jade, you’ll be at the core of our mission, designing and overseeing individualized ABA programs that help clients reach their full potential. Your responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
Collaborating with therapists, families, and caregivers
Supervising and mentoring RBTs/BTs
Analyzing data to drive meaningful clinical outcomes
Providing compassionate, high-quality care in home and community settings
You’re a BCBA who’s ready to contribute to a growing team and make a meaningful impact.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Current BCBA certification
Active Virginia LBA license (or in progress)
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
Preferred Skills:
CPR certification
Bilingual (Spanish-speaking is a plus)
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
