Enterprise Business Process Management Leader

Pay Range: $72.37hr - $77.37hr

Responsible for leading enterprise-wide business process management, innovation, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves developing governance frameworks, aligning process architecture with strategic business capabilities, establishing process improvement standards, and driving cross-functional transformation initiatives across the organization.

Requirement/Must Have:

• Strong experience in business process management and transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in process improvement methodologies and governance frameworks.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience developing enterprise process management standards and best practices.
• Ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in a matrix environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with web-based applications and documentation tools.

Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field required.
• 10 years of relevant experience in business process management, consulting, or business process transformation required.
• Additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide process improvement programs preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Develop industry-standard best practices for process management, innovation, and continuous improvement across the enterprise.
• Develop frameworks to align process architecture with strategic business capabilities.
• Ensure policies and procedures align with organizational goals and vision.
• Create core program frameworks, governance structures, tools, and templates for process improvement initiatives.
• Lead and support cross-functional process transformation initiatives.
• Manage change agents and champions within a matrix environment.
• Conduct training and capability-building activities for process improvement teams.
• Support enterprise governance and continuous improvement efforts.

Should Have:

• Certification in Business Analysis preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience with enterprise process governance and transformation programs.
• Experience mentoring and training change management teams.
