Starting Pay: $17.25 + Spiffs + Benefits (based on experience; 1+ year call center experience required)
Shift Availability: Evening and weekend shifts currently available - but all applicants are encouraged to apply.
Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you are the voice of Five Star Home Services. You'll be responsible for booking service appointments, supporting sales staff, and delivering the award-winning customer service our company is known for.
Duties & Responsibilities - Interact with customers via phone, email, and online chat, providing information and support.
- Book and manage appointments using Service Titan (experience strongly preferred).
- Deliver call scripts with authenticity, clarity, and professionalism.
- Take ownership of customer needs, ensuring resolution while promoting the Five Star brand.
- Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Participate in training to maximize booking and sales support.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support both customers and sales staff.
