This position starts at $19.15-$21.40 per hour and is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to begin or grow their career in banking, financial services, and customer support. No previous financial institution experience is required.Training for this position takes place on-site at our Corporate Center in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. Attendance on-site is required for the entire training period. Once training is successfully completed and performance expectations are met, employees may become eligible to transition to a work-from-home arrangement.What You'll Do:As a Member Service Representative, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional member service and creating positive financial experiences. You'll serve as a trusted resource for members by answering questions, providing account support, resolving issues, and identifying products and services that help members achieve their financial goals.You'll assist members through multiple communication channels, including phone, chat, email, and secure messaging, while providing timely, accurate, and personalized solutions. Your responsibilities may include processing debit card requests, assisting with digital banking support, verifying mobile deposits, completing account maintenance, and maintaining detailed records to ensure quality service and compliance.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, solving problems, building relationships, and being part of a team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
