Our client, a leading organization in the customer service industry, is seeking a Call center Rep to join their team. As a Call center Rep, you will be part of the customer support department supporting clients and customers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, patience, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift: Day shift and Evening Shift
What's the Job?
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
Provide accurate information regarding products and services
Assist customers with troubleshooting and resolving issues
Document customer interactions and update account information
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality
What's Needed?
Ability to pass a Drug Test (Oral - 6 Panel) and Background Check (Criminal - Local)
2 Years prior experience required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Former IRS and Banking experience helpful
