Orlando, FL–based carrier seeking CDL‑A truck drivers with little or no commercial driving experience to join a regional fleet. Routes provide consistent freight and mileage, regular weekly home time, competitive weekly pay, and a full benefits package effective from day one. This opportunity is suited for recent CDL graduates seeking paid training, modern equipment, and comprehensive operational support while developing a safe, long‑term driving career.

• Pay: $1,600–$1,800 per week (direct deposit every Friday). Safety and performance bonus opportunities available.
• Benefits: Day‑one medical, dental, and vision; 401(k) with company match after eligibility; paid time off and holidays; company‑paid life and AD pet and rider policies; paid orientation.
• Paid training: Fully paid three‑ to five‑week training program for new CDL graduates who have completed at least 120 hours of CDL instruction.
• Schedule & equipment: Regional routes with regular weekly home time, serving Orlando and surrounding areas of central Florida and the Southeast. Primarily no‑touch dry van freight with a high proportion of drop‑and‑hook. Assigned late‑model 2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth tractors.

Minimum qualifications:

• Valid CDL‑A.
• Completion of at least 120 hours of CDL instruction to qualify for the paid training program; prior paid driving experience is not required.
• Satisfactory driving record and commitment to safe driving practices.
• Able to meet DOT hiring requirements, including passing a DOT physical and pre‑employment drug test.
