To support quality improvement initiatives, the full-time Arizona Licensed Clinical Data Abstractor will abstract and audit complex clinical data remotely, ensuring compliance with care standards and reporting significant findings to leadership. Key responsibilities Abstracts and audits clinical data from patient records while maintaining accuracy and adhering to established guidelines Identifies trends and variances in data, summarizing findings for communication to clinical leadership Contacts patients and providers for clinical outcome follow-ups and participates in quality assurance audits Required qualifications Associate's degree in Nursing (Required); Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Preferred) Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona or a compact state (Required) Three years of experience in an acute care hospital setting (Required) One year of auditing or abstraction experience (Preferred) Experience with CMS Core Measures or Clinical Outcomes Registries (Preferred)
