We are seeking an energetic and self-driven Construction Site Clean Up Manager to manage active residential new construction sites. In this vital role, you will perform all aspects of site cleanup and debris removal, ensuring a safe, organized, and efficient environment that meets safety regulations and project standards. Your leadership will keep the site compliant with sanitation protocols while fostering a team-focused atmosphere that promotes safety, productivity, and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity for growth within the company.

On top of hourly wages, we offer a commission-based platform based on leads generated from you. We also offer bonuses and will have heath insuracne options by the end of the year.

Responsibilities

• Maneuver trailers efficiently in tight areas.
• Drivers license, clean driving record, insurable
• Use trailer with roll-off bins
• Pressure wash concrete at new homes.
• Present well, self-motivation to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules aligned with project timelines to maintain a consistently tidy work environment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations related to industrial cleaning, hazardous waste handling, and sanitation procedures.
• Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify areas needing attention or improvement in cleanliness or safety practices.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to prioritize cleanup tasks that support ongoing construction activities.
• Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, safety incidents, and compliance checks to support audits and continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements
• Demonstrated staff supervision or team management skills in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills for managing teams and coordinating with project stakeholders effectively.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
