We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to join our remote team. This position is open to both entry-level candidates and professionals with prior data entry or administrative experience. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Enter, update, and maintain information accurately in company systems and databases
Review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Organize digital files and maintain records
Assist with routine administrative and data-related tasks
Follow company procedures for data handling and confidentiality
Meet established productivity and quality standards
Communicate with team members regarding missing or incorrect information
Qualifications
Entry-level and mid-level candidates are encouraged to apply
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Basic to intermediate computer skills
Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online systems
Good written communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level applicants
