$20/hr. flat rate pay while you train up to three months $18/hr. plus production bonuses once training is completed. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities: Experience installing doors/windows Ability to accurately read a measuring tape. Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools. Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs. Work safely at heights including off ladders and scaffolding Must be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach with manual dexterity and see (acuity, depth perception, field of vision).
