Key Qualifications:

• Texas Special Education Certification required
• Reading by Design Certification required

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver targeted dyslexia interventions and special education support to K-12 students based on individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Assess student progress, adjust instructional strategies, and maintain detailed documentation
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and families to create supportive, inclusive learning environments
• Participate in IEP meetings and help develop and implement effective education plans
• Stay current with best practices in reading intervention and special education
