Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active Kentucky special education teaching license (required)

• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Dedication to fostering positive learning environments and supporting student success

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction to students with various learning needs across multiple age groups
• Develop and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and track student progress
• Adapt curriculum and instruction based on student strengths and areas of growth
• Partner with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive student support
• Maintain accurate records and participate in staff meetings and parent conferences
• Utilize varied instructional strategies to enhance student engagement and achievement
