Role Description

This role supports enterprise content development by helping bring the corporate narrative to life across high-priority storytelling efforts mainly as a writer and editor. It applies strong narrative judgment and message discipline to ensure content is clear, consistent, and aligned with company priorities.

• Provides editorial guidance that shapes the storytelling and narrative approach for requests for proposals (RFPs), supporting both re-procurements and new business opportunities.
• Defines the core story and key messages that run through proposal narratives.
• Works closely with RFP writers and subject matter experts to ensure the narrative is accurate, clear, cohesive, and compelling.
• Serves as a lead editorial partner for enterprise proposal development, shaping and refining priority content.
• Applies rigorous editorial standards—including voice, tone, structure, and narrative flow—across all proposal components.
• Acts as a senior narrative editor, collaborating with cross-functional subject matter experts to translate complex content into compelling, client-focused narrative sections.
• Extends proposal storytelling disciplines and editorial best practices to other high-impact enterprise content initiatives.
• Ensures all content adheres to applicable policies, procedures, brand, and editorial standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with all policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years writing experience in RFP response development, preferably in managed care or other entities in the healthcare industry required.

Requirements

• Pay Range: $107,700.00 - $199,300.00 per year.
• Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
• Total compensation may also include additional forms of incentives.
