Entry-Level Sales Representative Solar (Paid Training)

Location: In-Person | Local Market
Pay: Commission + Bonuses | $1,200$2,500+/Week

The Role

This position focuses on face-to-face customer interaction , not closing contracts.

Your responsibilities:

• Work assigned neighborhoods

• Speak with homeowners about energy costs and solar programs

• Qualify interest using a proven script

• Schedule appointments for senior sales consultants

• Track daily activity and results

You set appointments. Closers handle the sale.
