Earn $21-$23/hr plus $1.00/hr Peak pay ($22-$24/hr total during Peak). Weekly pay, benefits, PTO, and more. No prior forklift experience required – we are looking for motivated, reliable individuals who are ready to learn. Training will be provided for the right candidates. Equipment and Assessment This role uses a Raymond Cherry Picker forklift. Preference will be given to experienced drivers, and a forklift assessment will be completed prior to starting. Shift Flexibility We have 1st, 2nd, and weekend shifts available. Limited positions remain on 1st shift. Flexibility is a must. Duties Operate a Stock/Order Picker throughout duration of shift Load and unload cartons/packages in an efficient and safe manner, recording all necessary paperwork Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped Inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing and other miscellaneous tasks as needed Utilize RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System Position Requirements High School diploma or GED A forklift assessment will be completed prior to starting for experienced drivers Certification and experience operating forklift equipment is required (Order Picker) Familiarity with RF scan gun and computer inquiries/data entry Able to read and count accurately and follow verbal and written directions Able to perform repetitive motions and lift 50 lbs. continuously Able to work overtime as needed with little or no advance notice Additional Requirements Background Check Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old Able to Lift 50 pounds Required education: HS Diploma or GED Work Location Abercrombie & Fitch, New Albany, OH 43054.
