Job Description

As a Healthcare Expert, you will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience to contribute to the training of next-generation AI systems in healthcare. Your insights will play a crucial role in shaping how these models learn and perform, ultimately enhancing AI-driven healthcare solutions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, review, and provide expert feedback on clinical treatment protocols and healthcare data.
  • Utilize your expertise in medical practice, clinical research, or healthcare administration to improve AI-driven healthcare solutions.
  • Analyze and audit virtual hospital operations, patient documentation, and workflow scenarios.
  • Develop and critique case studies, healthcare simulations, and medical decision-making content.
  • Collaborate closely with a global team to deliver high-quality, accurate, and relevant healthcare insights.
  • Document findings, insights, and recommendations with a strong focus on clarity and precision.
  • Engage in regular communication with project leads and technical teams to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree (MD, RN, or equivalent) in medicine, nursing, or healthcare administration.
  • Minimum 5-10+ years of clinical practice, hospital administration, or relevant healthcare experience.
  • Proven expertise in clinical treatment protocols, research, or hospital operational audits.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, this is a core requirement for the project.
  • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering error-free work.
  • Comfortable collaborating within a diverse, remote global team environment.
  • Ability to dedicate at least 10+ hours per week to project tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience as a Clinical Director, Senior Registered Nurse, or Healthcare Administrator in a multidisciplinary setting.
  • Prior involvement in healthcare simulation, digital health projects, or clinical data analysis.
  • Located in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, or LATAM.
Work Terms:

Contract position with remote work flexibility.

Compensation:

Hourly rate between $40 - $65.
