Job Description

Key Responsibilities Assess applicant tracking processes for improvement opportunities in service offices. Support service office recruiting staff in managing prospects within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Act as the point of contact for the ATS for respective office(s). Arrange interviews by coordinating schedules with the office’s Personnel Coordinator and/or Service Coordination Manager(s). Participate in weekly office meetings to discuss staffing needs. Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications. Identify, source, and engage candidates through creative and innovative sourcing approaches, including the internet, job boards, referrals, networking, and other resources. Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications, phone‑screening applicants on a consistent set of qualifications. Interview applicants, analyze responses, and compare qualifications to job requirements. Provide regular follow‑up with hiring managers and candidates to maximize recruitment effectiveness. Use social and professional networking sites to source candidates. Maintain a strong understanding of the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state employment laws. Actively participate in the Recruiting Committee. Attend career fairs for recruitment and company recognition. Report on recruiting metrics and make decisions regarding resource utilization based on performance. Perform other duties as assigned. Role Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. At least one year of staffing/recruitment experience. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Proven customer service skills, independent judgment, initiative, and strong organization and time‑management skills. Valid driver’s license and car insurance. Clean background screening. Ability to travel at least 25% to office locations within the designated area. Experience or knowledge in the home health care industry is strongly preferred. Professional, supportive, and responsive interpersonal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and team‑based project experience. Above‑average attention to detail, ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently. Working Conditions and Equipment Use The role is performed indoors in a typical office environment. The employee must be able to lift up to fifteen (15) pounds and frequently use office machines such as a telephone, computer, and printer. Salary and Compensation The typical starting salary range for this role is determined by a number of factors including skills, experience, education, certifications, and location. The full salary range reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
