About the Role:
  • Be the dedicated point of contact and build relationships with healthcare professionals looking for new assignments
  • Provide exceptional customer service by putting healthcare professionals' needs first and foremost
  • Respond promptly to new registrations from the mobile app or online
  • Facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing and screening qualified candidates, securing proper documentation and coordinating interviews with healthcare facilities
  • Clearly explain compensation packages to potential candidates and articulate key benefits of the role
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration
  • Sell StaffDNA to potential candidates and promote jobs through a variety outreach communication (mobile app, text messages, email, phone calls etc.)
  • Resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner
  • Stay informed and engaged: actively participate in training, meetings, events and seek out healthcare industry news to understand the market
  • Actively work with colleagues, managers and leadership to communicate wins, challenges and sharing new ideas
About You:
  • You think fast and are ready to share game-changing ideas
  • You have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a recruiter (healthcare experience preferred or a plus)
  • You're motivated to succeed and surpass your goals
  • You're self-driven and ready to take advantage of ample incentive opportunities
  • You have excellent communication skills you're comfortable on the phone, in person and talking to people in general
  • You're ready to build and maintain relationships over the phone, text and email
  • You're ready to consistently deliver exceptional customer service
  • You have an innate talent for problem-solving and thinking creatively
  • Bachelor's degree required
