About the Role:

As a High School Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic and personal development of students in grades 9 through 12. Your primary objective will be to deliver comprehensive and engaging instruction that aligns with state and national educational standards, fostering critical thinking and lifelong learning. You will design and implement curriculum and lesson plans that accommodate diverse learning styles and leverage educational technology to enhance student engagement. Additionally, you will manage classroom environments that promote respect, collaboration, and academic excellence while supporting students' social and emotional growth. Ultimately, your work will contribute to preparing students for post-secondary education, careers, and responsible citizenship.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
• Valid state teaching certification/license for secondary education.
• Demonstrated knowledge of K-12 education standards and curriculum development.
• Experience with classroom management and lesson planning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related discipline.
• Experience integrating educational technology and blended learning in the classroom.
• Background in educational leadership or mentoring roles.
• Familiarity with diverse student populations and inclusive teaching practices.
• Professional development or certification in curriculum design.
