Private family is seeking an experienced House Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their Beverly Hills residence. This role requires strong leadership, discretion, and the ability to manage household staff, vendors, and property systems with precision and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee household staff and ensure seamless coordination across multiple teams
• Conduct regular property walkthroughs and manage all repairs, preventative maintenance, and home improvement projects
• Lead vendor relationships end-to-end, including sourcing, vetting, contract oversight, scheduling, and invoice review
• Manage household inventory, supplies, and budgets while maintaining cost efficiency
• Oversee the care, handling, and documentation of fine art and valuable objects
• Provide personal support including calendar management, reservations, travel coordination, gifting, errands, and specialty services
• Partner with event planners and service teams to ensure the home is always guest-ready and events are executed seamlessly

Qualifications:

• 57+ years of estate or property management experience
• Strong operational and vendor management skills
• Financial oversight experience and attention to detail
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving
