*$500 Sign on bonus The Lawn and Landscape Field Technician is primarily responsible for performing a variety of work tasks that allow for the timely and efficient completion of our grounds’ maintenance service accounts and will be required to operate a variety of tools and equipment to complete specific job tasks and will report directly to the Grounds Maintenance Foreman and Supervisor. Duties will include but not be limited to: Aid in the loading/unloading of trucks and trailers in the AM and PM Cut grass, trim edges, clean up refuse, blow trimmings, and perform other lawn care duties as directed by foreman At times, move and install soil, mulch and plant material to assist with the construction of landscape related projects Conduct daily inspections and maintenance on vehicles, tools, and equipment as directed Assist foreman in other work-related duties including construction projects, shop and yard maintenance, vehicle and equipment maintenance as directed Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and uniform at all times Comply with all company policies and regulations Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner Participate in snow removal operations when in season Working Schedule: This is a seasonal full-time position. Your normal hours of operation, while subject to change, are 8 am to 5:00 pm Monday – Friday, while in season. Extreme weather events and/or growth may require additional after or weekend hours, especially during Winter months. Employment Type: Full Time Salary: $20 - $25 Hourly Bonus/Commission: No
