Your Role:

In our Thin Films business, we supply precursor materials to the world's leading semiconductor manufacturers, fueling the global advancement of AI and computing power. As Material Planner, you will be responsible for production planning of our high-volume manufacturing (HVM) products at our Carlsbad, CA plant. You will steer local production and global distribution of materials to meet the demand of internal and external customers. Key objectives include supply reliability goals (on-time order fulfillment, inventory requirements) and financial targets (inventory, transportation costs). The role comes with a high degree of independence and close, cross-functional collaboration with production, sales, marketing, transportation, customer service.

Who You Are

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics or other STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) discipline OR Supply Chain, Logistics or other supply chain discipline
  • 6+ years' of experience in supply chain management, production planning, purchasing, or warehouse management
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6+ years' experience with an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system
  • MBA degree or APICS certification
  • Experience analyzing large datasets, proficient in using Microsoft Excel
  • Systematic, structured approach to problem-solving
  • Experience with process order / stock-transfer order creation in SAP (or Oracle), and/or with SAP-APO (Advanced Planning & Optimization)
  • Experience with data analytics or business intelligence platforms
  • Experience in the semiconductor and/or Bio/chemical industry

Pay Range for this position: $73,000 - $109,400.


The offer range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base pay compensation for this position. The actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level of experience, education, skills, and other job-related factors. Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses. Benefits offered by the Company include health insurance, paid time off (PTO), retirement contributions, and other perquisites.
