QMG seeks a Board Eligible or Board Certified Adult Reconstructive Orthopedic Surgery to join our team in Quincy, Illinois.

• Team of 8 High Caliber Orthopedic Physicians

• Flexible schedule with the option to work remotely one day per week

• Physician input in clinical decisions, scheduling, and staffing

Physician-Led Care

\n

QMG emphasizes collaboration between physicians and operational leaders. Administrative teams manage operations, compliance, and contracting, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care.

Compensation & Benefits

\n

\n
• Base compensation: $750,000 - $900,000
\n
• Total target: $800,000 $1,000,000,+ with incentives
\n
• Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, loan forgiveness, CME allowance
\n
• Paid licensure and certification renewals
\n
• Up to 5 weeks time off and paid holidays
\n
• 401(k) with match and profit sharing
