Full-time / Commission-based (Competitive Base + High Commission)

The Role

This is a high-impact, "feet-on-the-street" sales position. Your primary mission is to conduct direct B2B outreach to flooring retailers, home renovation showrooms, and interior design centers. You will be responsible for introducing our product samples, securing showroom display space, and establishing long-term wholesale partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Territory Development: Conduct daily in-person visits to flooring stores and remodeling businesses to pitch our product lines.
• Showroom Placement: Negotiate and secure prominent placement for our product display racks and sample boards within client showrooms.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with business owners, contractors, and showroom managers.
• Sales Strategy: Identify high-potential leads and manage the full sales cycle from initial cold call to account onboarding and re-ordering.
• Market Intelligence: Collect feedback on market trends and competitor pricing to help the company refine its product offering and strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in B2B outside sales, ideally within the building materials, flooring, cabinetry, or home improvement industry.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and persuasion skills. You must be comfortable walking into new businesses and initiating conversations with decision-makers.
• Mobility: Must possess a valid Driver’s License and a reliable vehicle to transport samples and visit multiple sites daily.
• Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing preferred.
• Skills: Strong self-management skills with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Mandarin is a significant advantage but not required.
• Legal: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
