Overview A forward-thinking and fast-moving entrepreneur is looking for a Personal Assistant to help keep his schedule and life on track. This role will coordinate all personal appointments and scheduling, book international and domestic travel itineraries, and keep him abreast of deadlines, run errands, assist with household organization and projects, and more. He is seeking someone who is resourceful, quick on their feet and New York savvy. This role will be primarily remote but needs the ability to meet up once a week or so in the Soho area. Responsibilities Managing busy personal and social calendars Running general errands, gift purchasing, shopping and returns, grocery shopping Making appointments Setting up complex travel arrangements, making reservations, creating itineraries, researching prices and options Planning events and entertainment Managing vendors for the home Maintaining correspondence Assisting with personal projects Coordinating with children at college for needs Qualifications NYC based - familiarity with NYC vendors High energy and intuitive Strong interpersonal skills Tech-savvy/experience with G-suite and email Proactive approach to problem-solving Enjoys Personal Assistant duties Ability to multitask Strong time-management and organizational skills Detail-oriented Compensation based upon experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
