Job Description
We are seeking a strong and passionate Lead Teacher for our 4-year-old classroom. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about early childhood education and dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where children can thrive.
The Lead Teacher will be responsible for managing all aspects of the classroom, including maintaining a safe and organized environment, implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum, and fostering positive relationships with children and families. Candidates should have strong classroom management skills and be confident in using effective behavior guidance strategies to support a variety of children's needs.
Our ideal teacher will inspire a love of learning, provide a strong academic foundation, and help prepare children for a successful transition to kindergarten. This includes promoting growth in literacy, mathematics, social-emotional development, independence, problem-solving, and school readiness skills.
