Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Direct Mail Print Shop Manager to oversee the daily operations of our in-house digital print facility. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital printing equipment, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage workflow, meet tight deadlines, and maintain exceptional quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Lead daily print production operations including printing, finishing, inserting, and mailing * Supervise a team of support staff * Operate and maintain high-volume digital printers and mail equipment * Coordinate schedules to ensure timely completion of direct mail projects * Collaborate with internal teams to verify print files and ensure data accuracy for variable printing jobs * Ensure compliance with USPS regulations and optimize postal preparation process * Perform quality checks throughout production to meet branding and quality standards * Monitor inventory and order print materials and supplies as needed * Schedule preventative maintenance and coordinate service on print and mail equipment * Analyze workflow and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs * maintain accurate records of production, materials usage, and job status Employment Type: Full Time Years Experience: 1 - 3 years Salary: $39,000 - $49,000 Annual Bonus/Commission: No
