Your Purpose & Impact

As a vital member of this private care team, you will orchestrate the patient's daily health strategy and clinical care. Your responsibilities include:

• Comprehensive Management: Administer compassionate, expert nursing care tailored to a complex, disabled patient.
• Care Architecture: Diagnose clinical needs and establish a precise, evolving patient treatment plan.
• Vigilant Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report subtle changes in patient symptoms or behavior.
• Care Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with collaborating physicians and medical specialists.
• Empowerment & Education: Educate the patient and family on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Holistic Support: Provide vital clinical advice and emotional support to a deeply appreciative family.
• Flawless Documentation: Maintain accurate, highly detailed patient medical records.

What You Bring to the Team

We are looking for analytical, deeply compassionate clinicians who excel when working independently.

• Critical Care Expertise: Previous experience in ICU, ER, step-down, or complex home health environments.
• Technical Mastery: Familiarity with high-acuity medical equipment, specifically Non-Invasive Ventilators (NIV) and PEG tube feedings .
• Sharp Clinical Judgment: Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to react quickly to changing clinical pictures.
• Relational Excellence: A natural ability to build deep rapport, trust, and comfort with the patient and their family.
• Credentials: Active, unencumbered RN license and current CPR/BLS/ACLS certification.

⏰ Shift Schedule

• Full-Time: 12-hour shifts (Day and Night options available to form a cohesive 24/7 team).
