Expected Hours Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 3:30-7:00 We are a mission driven practice that is resolved on doing our part to improve the quality of life for children with ASD and their families. When you join our team, you will be empowered to make a difference in the lives of your clients and their families. You will work with children that have autism or other developmental challenges by providing ABA therapy and implementing their treatment plan under the direction and guidance of an experienced BCBA. Your dedicated BCBA is there for you, providing guidance along every step of the way. Data from each session will be collected and entered electronically daily. You will be trained and supported by a team who is invested in your personal and professional growth. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities Implement the treatment plan developed by your supervising BCBA Collect and record data daily Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Communicate with caregiver(s) in a professional manner Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills Passion Confidence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient care and collaboration Dependability Patience This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities while working in a supportive team environment.
