Responsibilities Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settings Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Participate in the 7‑day and 30‑day new hire check‑in process Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA Skills Minimum 6 months of hands‑on experience working with children with developmental disabilities Current RBT certification Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community Professional development assistance and RBT certification support Opportunities for advancement to BCBA supervision track User-friendly Rethink app provided for easy session tracking and note-taking Supportive and mission-driven clinical team What sets you apart?
