In this role, you will work in field/on-site settings such as acute care hospitals, outpatient clinics, and skilled nursing or rehabilitation facilities, depending on client assignments and your experience. You will perform thorough patient assessments, monitor vital signs and clinical status, recognize and respond to changes in condition, and escalate concerns to providers as needed. You will administer medications, IV therapies, and prescribed treatments safely and accurately, following provider orders and facility policies while maintaining strict adherence to infection prevention and patient safety standards. You will collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, therapists, case managers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement, and adjust individualized plans of care. Clear, timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) will be a core part of your day-to-day responsibilities, capturing assessments, interventions, patient responses, and education provided. You will educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, discharge instructions, and self-management strategies, supporting safe transitions of care and positive patient outcomes. As a nurse representing Premiere Healthcare Staffing, you will be supported by a responsive staffing team that prioritizes reliability, open communication, and your professional growth. You will work with dedicated recruiters and account managers who help match your skills and preferences with appropriate assignments and who remain engaged to ensure you have the resources needed to succeed in each clinical setting.
