Interventional Radiology RN Needed for 4x10hr shifts 0730-1600 weekdays, on call every 5th weekend. NO CB MIN. Start Date: Orientation occurs every other week on Thursdays. First 2 Days will be in a class setting, then report to unit and orient there. Shift: 4x10hrs 0730-1600 weekdays. Patient Ratio/Population: Adults & Geriatrics. Staffing ratios are 1:1. Experience Required: 2 years minimum RN. First-Time Travelers Allowed?: Yes but must have Interventional Radiology experience. Weekend REQ: on call every 5th weekend - NO CB MIN. Call Requirement: on call rotation - discuss with manager during interview. Traveler could be floated to CAMC General Lab CDL. Will not accommodate blocked schedules. 100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval). Can submit with pending license but must have WV RDCS - Adult license active to start assignment. RTO Restrictions: None, must be included on profile at the time of submittal. Guaranteed Hours: 40. Certifications Required: BLS; ACLS. Special Procedures/Unit Details: Angiogram, Fistulogram, Permacath, EVAR, TCAR, TAVR, MitraClip, Mechanical Thrombectomy, Embolization. Patient Diagnoses: CKD, CAD, PAD, PVD, CAD, Stenosis, AAA, Stroke, Aneurysm. Submission Requirements: Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm. Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record.
