Purpose: To clean the processing facilities nightly to Herbruck’s Quality Standards. Essential Job Duties Must follow all company HACCP rules and GMPs Disassemble, sanitize, and reassemble the parts of the equipment. Use and operate a power washer Use and operate the air compressor to clean equipment. Wet and scrub equipment. Follow the assigned cleaning and sanitizing checklist.
