Special Events / Security Officers UNARMED SECURITY, VARIOUS POSITIONS What we offer $20/hour Training, development and Career Advancement Job Description Security Specialist to provide standing and roving post at Red Carpet-Show Events Screen guest with hand wand and walk thru metal detectors. Escort clients and talent as needed. Assist with the set up and movement of equipment (metal detectors, tables, etc.) Does this sound like you? Recent grads, and or career minded people looking for career advancement. Requirements to address prior to applying Prior Event Specialist experience preferred. Be 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or G.E.D. Proficient and able to communicate in English. Must have excellent customer service skills and be comfortable serving the public. Current BSIS Guard Card or be qualified to obtain one. (California Requirement) Pass a criminal background evaluation. Be able to work overtime and on various shifts as needed; including weekends and holidays. Must be able to meet the physical requirements of Standing and/or walking, climbing stairs, etc. for a full shift.
