This is a dynamic opportunity for a leader who thrives in a performance-driven, conservative business culture.
You’ll spend 70% of your time in the tactical trenches — recruiting leaders, managing financials, engaging clients — and 30% shaping the future through strategic planning, forecasting, and team development.
If you’re passionate about building strong teams, setting a high standard, and being directly accountable for results, we invite you to step into a role where your impact is visible every day.
