The role will lead and deliver large-scale programs. This role leads the Program Steering Committee and provides senior-level oversight of operations, and is responsible for effective strategy and planning, coordinating resources, managing timelines, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and the program meets the intended outcomes. The role has the responsibility to set the direction of program controls and performance monitoring systems to track progress and address any deviations. Strong stakeholder engagement will be crucial, as this role will collaborate with a diverse range of executive-level internal and external stakeholders to foster program success.
