We seek individuals with a sense of purpose and for whom detail and craftsmanship are of their essence; individuals that are curious, demonstrate initiative, and love solving problems.Responsibilities:Participate in technical designs for products migrating to a shared Kubernetes environmentInstallation, configuration, and maintenance of physical hosts used to support production and non-production applicationsDevelopment of deployment automation using AnsibleOrchestration of Kubernetes workloadsCoordination with other technical staff to deploy systems and softwarePerformance of operational support functions, including problem isolation and resolutionDocumentation of processes, procedures, configurations, and deployment plansProvide critical technical leadership in Kubernetes environments (on-prem and AWS)Regularly reporting progress to managementParticipate in a 24x7 on-call rotation with other team membersWork with software developers to plan and deploy services and softwareOur ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, excellent troubleshooting instincts, curiosity about new technologies, and strong investment in maintaining secure and available services.
