Job Description

Lifestyle Christianity is seeking a highly organized and proficient Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the ministry's social media presence across various platforms, creating content calendars, coordinating with other team members, keeping track of KPIs, and ensuring all projects align with the ministry’s branding guidelines. This role requires excellent organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is an on-site position at our Lifestyle Christianity training center located in Watauga, TX. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing Responsibilities: Brand Development & Strategy: Use social media marketing tools to create, strengthen, and maintain the company’s brand identity. Work closely with the Marketing Director to develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with company goals. Content Management: Upload and schedule content—including captions and descriptions—across all platforms. Ensure consistent voice, branding, and engagement strategy across all social media accounts. Customer Engagement: Interact with customers and stakeholders via comments, direct messages, and community features to foster a positive brand presence. Analytics & Reporting: Analyze the company’s digital marketing and social media strategies to identify strengths and areas for improvement. Set and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for campaigns (e.g., engagement rates, shares, likes, followers). Provide weekly performance reports to the Marketing Director including: Average new followers/subscribers Average likes per static post and reel Weekly views and reach across platforms Trend Monitoring & Insights: Research and monitor current social media trends, algorithm changes, and competitor strategies. Inform leadership of emerging trends relevant to the company’s brand and mission. Platform Management: Oversee and manage all official social media and content distribution channels, including: LC, LCU, and Todd White accounts YouTube, Rumble, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required). Proven experience in social media management and project coordination. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in using social media platforms and keeping track of metrics. General understanding of graphic design, video production, and branding guidelines.
