Surveillance Operator – Casino Operations

ACME Player Services is seeking a detail-oriented Surveillance Operator to help protect the integrity of casino operations. In this role, you will monitor live surveillance footage, identify suspicious activity, and work closely with management to maintain a safe and fair gaming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor surveillance cameras across the casino floor
• Identify and report suspicious activity, fraud, theft, or rule violations
• Review recorded footage and document incidents accurately
• Respond to supervisor requests and provide real-time video support
• Assist with investigations and provide surveillance footage when needed
• Maintain surveillance records and follow company policies

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to pass a basic math test (addition, subtraction, percentages)
• Must pass a background check and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain all required licenses and work permits necessary to work as a Third-Party Proposition Player in a California cardroom, including licensing through the California Department of Justice (DOJ), California Gambling Control Commission (CGCC), and local work permits through the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department
• Ability to meet all state and local regulatory background eligibility requirements
• Strong observation, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Casino or gaming industry experience is a plus, but not required
